The competition was open to adult riders of all disciplines and horses of all breeds. As the horse and rider teams work through each obstacle they were judged on several criteria as well as overall performance. David O'Connor served as the special guest commentator for this year's competition, and participants competed for thousands of dollars in cash and prizes.
