Make Your Hotel Reservations Soon and Take Advantage of Special Discounted Rates at Equine Affaire's Host Hotels
Equine Affaire has contracted room blocks and discounted room rates at 28 hotels near the Eastern States Exposition in W. Springfield, MA. To receive discounted rates, you must say you are with Equine Affaire and, if applicable, provide the group code when you call. Make your reservations soon...the demand for rooms in the region is high during the event. Most room blocks and discounted rates expire in mid-October.

HOTELS: CAMPING: Please note that anyone camping on the grounds will be required to pay admission fees for all remaining event days from the date of arrival and will be issued a camping armband. Camping fee and Admission Fee Refund Policy: Checkout time from the campground is 10:00am. If you leave the grounds before 10:00am, you may receive a refund from the Eastern States Exposition for camping fees paid for unused nights. You may also receive a refund from Equine Affaire for days for which you paid admission at the time of arrival, but will not be at the event. To receive refunds, you will need to leave the grounds by 10:00am and go to see the ESE parking supervisor at the office trailer located at the Gate 9 vehicle entrance at the east end of the grounds. You will be required to turn in your camper hangtag and your camping armbands to receive appropriate refunds of fees paid.
