Equine Affaire Offers Unique Opportunities to “Ride With The Best”
      
      The sixth annual Equine Affaire in Pomona, CA, will draw horse enthusiasts of all ages, all breed and sport persuasions, and all levels of expertise to Fairplex on February 2–5, 2006, for one of the largest and most comprehensive horsemen’s expositions in the West.  Equine Affaire’s unparalleled educational program will include more than 100 different clinics, seminars, and demonstrations on a broad range of equine disciplines and horse-related topics conducted by many of the nation’s foremost coaches, competitors, horse trainers, and equine management experts.
      Equine Affaire also offers rare opportunities for riders to participate in clinics with many of the most successful trainers and competitors in the country.  While training clinics at Equine Affaire are designed primarily for the benefit of event attendees watching the sessions, there are also opportunities for horses and riders to take part in the training sessions conducted at Equine Affaire.  Some clinicians are seeking equestrian competitors with specific skills, and others are seeking any riders interested in improving their relationships with their horses.  Each clinician has specific ideas about the horses and/or riders they would like to use to teach or demonstrate a particular skill or training process.  All interested riders are encouraged to apply, as they may be just what the clinicians have in mind!
      Clinicians who will be accepting horses and riders for their sessions at Equine Affaire are: John Lyons (general training), George Morris (hunters & jumpers), Cesar Parra (dressage), Julie Goodnight (horsemanship), Charmayne James (barrel racing), Peter DeCosemo (dressage), GaWaNi Pony Boy (relationship training), Donna Snyder-Smith (centered riding & endurance), Speed Williams (roping), Sandy Arledge (trail), and Mary Donald (gaited horses).
	Whether you are looking to improve the relationship you share with your horse, solve a particular problem, or simply want to receive one-on-one training from an exceptional coach, don’t miss the opportunity to “Ride With The Best” at Equine Affaire.  Selected candidates may obtain valuable and memorable learning experiences for very reasonable clinic participation fees which range from $50 for a single clinic up to $150 for a two-part clinic.  The fee includes admission to Equine Affaire, clinic instruction, and stabling.
