Equine Affaire offers six attractive sponsorship levels to fit your company's marketing strategy ...

Event Sponsor: Your company is recognized as a sponsor of Equine Affaire in all event flyers, direct mail pieces, posters, and the event program. 

Attendee Shuttle, Clinician, Courtesy Notepad, Wristband or Youth Pavilion Sponsor: Your company will choose to receive branding exposure on the attendee shuttle, through clinician presentations, on the attendee courtesy notepad, on attendee wristbands, or in the Youth Pavilion.  The courtesy shuttle service is utilized by numerous attendees throughout the event.  As a Clinician sponsor your company is recognized as a sponsor of a specific clinician and each time the clinician is introduced before his/her sessions at the event.  By Sponsoring the courtesy notepad, your company will not only benefit from exposure during the event, but also from post-event exposure.  Wristband sponsors will have their company's name, logo and/or slogan printed on the wristbands worn by attendees all four days of the event.  Or, your company can reach numerous attendees by sponsoring the Youth Pavilion which hosts non-stop activities and educational booths for young horse enthusiasts.  Inquire for information on affiliated marketing opportunities offered within the Youth Pavilion.  Attendee Shuttle, Clinician, Courtesy Notepad, Wristband, and Youth Pavilion sponsors are also acknowledged in event flyers, direct mail pieces, posters, print media ads, and press releases.

Official Product, Demo Ring, Seminar Stage, Courtesy Shopping Bag or Event Map Sponsor: Your company's product is designated the "official product" of its product type at Equine Affaire, or your company is recognized as the sponsor of a demo ring or seminar stage at the event. Demo Ring and Seminar Stage sponsors are acknowledged on the printed event schedules distributed prior to the event, in the event program, and in every presentation announcement made by the announcer in that venue.  Your company may also receive outstanding exposure by sponsoring (and providing) the attendee courtesy shopping bags that are distributed by Equine Affaire staff throughout the event. Or, your company can reach all attendees upon their arrival at the event by sponsoring the event map distributed at the entrance gates.  In addition to the other amenities, event map sponsors receive a full page black and white ad on the back of the event map.  Official Product, Demo Ring, Seminar Stage, Courtesy Shopping Bag, and Event Map sponsors are acknowledged in all event flyers, direct mail pieces, posters, print media ads, and press releases. 

Secondary Clinic Arena or Main Exhibit Hall Sponsor: Your company's name or product name is applied to a secondary clinic arena where training clinics will be conducted at Equine Affaire. The names of clinic arenas appear in all printed materials including event flyers, posters, direct mail pieces, clinic & seminar schedules, the event program, print media ads, and press releases. The clinic arena name is mentioned by the event announcer many times each day as he announces the presentations taking place in each venue. Or, your company name could be applied to the main trade show exhibit hall at Equine Affaire and appear in the event program, press releases, and numerous other printed materials.  Secondary Clinic Arena and Exhibit Hall sponsors have the option of hanging approved aerial signage within their venue.

Special Event Sponsor: Your company will receive immeasurable exposure by becoming the title sponsor of this exceptionally popular program.  The presenting sponsor of the special event will be recognized before, during, and after each show.  Also, your company will be acknowledged several times each day during daily announcements promoting the special event.  In addition, the Special Event sponsor is recognized in all Equine Affaire event flyers, direct mail pieces, posters, print media ads, and press releases.

Major Clinic Arena Sponsor: Your company's name or product name is applied to one of the large clinic arenas where the "major" clinicians will conduct training sessions during Equine Affaire.  The names of all clinic arenas appear in all printed materials including event flyers, direct mail pieces, posters, clinic & seminar schedules, the event program, print media ads, and press releases.  The clinic arena name is mentioned many times each day of the event as the announcer announces the schedule of activities taking place in each venue, and your company has the option of hanging aerial signage within the venue.
