Equine Affaire's Featured Artwork for 2012
Each year Equine Affaire, Inc. reviews an extensive number of paintings by dozens of prominent equine artists from throughout North America to select an "official image" to showcase and represent Equine Affaire for the year. Ideally, this official image includes one or more horses of no discernable breed or discipline and effectively captures the equine spirit—reminding us of the qualities we find most endearing in our equine companions. The official image is featured on the covers of our event programs, is utilized on the web site and in ads and other promotional materials, and is reproduced as a special limited edition print available for purchase at the Information Booth at each Equine Affaire. We recognize the value of working with talented equine artists to showcase their work to Equine Affaire's audience of avid horsepeople and take delight in sharing the exceptional paintings and painters we discover with horse enthusiasts nationwide.
